How does it work?
First the skin is chilled with the Lumenis ChillTip technology, then the laser targets the pigment in the hair follicle creating damage. This damage then results in that hair follicle no longer being able to grow hair. The damage can only happen when the hair is in its growth phase, therefore the patient returns for monthly treatments until all of the hair has been treated during the growth phase.
How many treatments will I need?
Because we can only treat hair during its growth phase, treatments are required monthly. Most clients can get a very high percentage of hair reduction between 6-10 treatments.
